The service

RecruitAI provides AI-powered tools to help with your job search, including resume analysis, templates, cover letters, interview prep, elevator pitches, and job-match scoring. The results are AI-generated suggestions to assist you — not guarantees of any outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don't use RecruitAI for unlawful purposes or to submit content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
• Don't use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent material.

Plans and payments

Free accounts include a daily allowance of tokens that refreshes each day and does not roll over. The Pro plan is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited use. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the results our tools generate for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver and store your results. We own the RecruitAI software, design, and brand.

AI disclaimer

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review and edit results before relying on them. RecruitAI does not provide legal, financial, or career guarantees, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Termination

You may stop using RecruitAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RecruitAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
